1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, using our website, or engaging with any BIW service, product, or digital platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of BIW's physical premises across all branches, our website, mobile platforms, and social media channels.
2. Our Branches
BIW currently operates the following branches, each governed by these same Terms of Service:
• Bashundhara Female Branch: Bashundhara Adept NR Complex, Building Lift-3, KFC/Pizza Hut Main Gate, Dhaka 1229
• Bashundhara Male Branch: Bashundhara Adept NR Complex, Building Lift-3, KFC/Pizza Hut Main Gate, Dhaka 1229
• Uttara Female Branch: Uttara, Dhaka
Services, staffing, and treatment availability may vary between branches. Please confirm with your preferred branch when booking.
3. Services
BIW offers a range of medical-aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to:
• Clinical skincare and facial treatments
• Therapeutic hair and scalp treatments
• Nutritional wellness consultations
• Eastern healing therapies
• Subscription-based wellness memberships (Basic, Premium, Elite)
• Retail wellness and skincare products
All services are subject to availability. BIW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be booked online through our website, by telephone, or in person at any BIW branch. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from BIW.
BIW reserves the right to decline a booking at its sole discretion. We may request medical history or skin assessment information prior to confirming certain treatments.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Clients must notify BIW of any appointment cancellation at least 12 hours in advance. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation procedures and applicable charges.
Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of booking privileges at BIW's discretion.
6. Payments
BIW accepts the following payment methods: cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, debit and credit cards, and online bank transfer where applicable.
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed booking prices will not change after confirmation.
Subscription fees are charged on the agreed billing cycle. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
7. Health and Safety
Clients are required to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or recent procedures that may affect the safety or suitability of a treatment prior to their appointment.
BIW reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if, in the professional judgment of our staff, proceeding would pose a risk to the client's health or safety. Such refusals will not attract a refund of any consultation fee already paid.
Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific dermatological conditions must inform BIW at the time of booking. Certain treatments may not be suitable and alternative options will be discussed.
8. Memberships and Subscriptions
BIW memberships are personal and non-transferable. Benefits are applicable only to the registered account holder and cannot be shared, gifted, or sold.
Memberships are valid across all BIW branches unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Specific treatments or offers may be branch-specific; please confirm with staff at your preferred location.
Membership tiers (Basic, Premium, Elite) each carry specific service entitlements, discounts, and privileges as described in the membership documentation provided at sign-up. BIW reserves the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days' written notice.
Memberships may be paused once per year for a maximum of 30 days subject to advance written notice. Requests to pause must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
9. Conduct on Premises
All clients and visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward BIW staff and other clients at all times across all branches. BIW maintains the right to refuse service and remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or threatening.
Photography and video recording within any BIW premises requires prior written consent from management. This policy protects the privacy of all clients present.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on BIW's website, social media channels, and marketing materials, including brand name, logo, AI-generated visuals, character identities, written content, and photography, is the intellectual property of Beauty Intelligent Wellness. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any such content without prior written permission from BIW is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
BIW takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. However, BIW shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or outcomes arising from services where the client has not disclosed relevant medical information.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Changes to These Terms
BIW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will be effective upon publication. Continued use of BIW services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
